I recorded some music and sent it to John and told him to work his magic with lyrics and melody. He wrote back, &#8220;What&#8217;s it about?&#8221; I really hadn&#8217;t thought about it so i came up with something off the top of my head opening the door to something off the wall and a bit humorous. I said, &#8220;It&#8217;s about a high school senior who can&#8217;t make up her mind on whether to go to MIT and become a structural engineer or become a professional pole dance.&#8221; In about 20 minutes John wrote back with this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She\u2019s got brains and she\u2019s beautiful; her smile it fills the air<br>She\u2019s the valedictorian; and all her classmates stare<br>She was brought up with principals; she knows what morals are<br>Is it Harvard or MIT? Or pole dancing at the local bar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chorus;<br>All her girlfriends are envious; it comes so natural to her<br>She seems to be perfect others wish that they were<br>The boys are highly excited when they are watching her pass<br>That\u2019s why she\u2019s sitting so pretty, she\u2019s the top of her class<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She comes highly recommended; by the faculty and staff<br>She\u2019s got the mind to cure cancer and one US Grade-A ass<br>She\u2019s the queen of the locker room; no one can find a flaw<br>Is it Yale University, or wiggling in the raw?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chorus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her choices feel so difficult.
